Landscaper

We are seeking a skilled and experienced landscaper to join a growing, high-end landscaping team based in Perth. This is a hands-on, site-based role working on premium residential and commercial projects where quality, attention to detail, and pride in your work are essential. What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering high-quality softscaping works including turfing, planting, mulching, and garden bed establishment
• Completing hardscaping works such as paving, retaining walls, edging, decking, and pathways
• Assisting with irrigation/reticulation installations, repairs, and basic troubleshooting
• Carrying out site preparation, basic drainage, and structural landscaping tasks
• Maintaining clean, organised, and professional worksites
• Liaising respectfully with clients and upholding premium workmanship standards
• Supporting team members and contributing to efficient project delivery
• Taking ownership of job quality and contributing to continuous improvement on site
• For senior landscapers: supporting and mentoring junior staff and assisting with site leadership as required

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience as an all-round landscaper
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a professional attitude on site
• Reticulation/irrigation experience is desirable
• Positive, easy-going attitude with no complaints or negativity on site
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to premium finishes
• Comfortable engaging with high-end clients and representing the business professionally
• Team-oriented and motivated to contribute to overall project success
• Flexible and understanding of variable hours depending on project priorities
• Motivation to grow with the business and progress into leadership over time
