Commercial Leasing Manager

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a confident, polished and commercially minded professional to take ownership of an established commercial portfolio while leading leasing activity across the division. This is a true dual-function opportunity — combining strategic portfolio management with hands-on leasing — ideal for someone who understands commercial leases inside and out, enjoys negotiating outcomes, and takes pride in delivering premium service to property owners and tenants alike. You will be trusted to manage rent reviews, conduct detailed market appraisals, negotiate new leases and renewals, minimise arrears exposure, and represent owners at Tribunal where required — while also actively networking, strengthening client relationships and driving new leasing opportunities from marketing campaign through to key handover. This position is being exclusively managed by our agency, and all applications will be handled with strict confidentiality.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage an established commercial property portfolio
• Conduct rent reviews and market appraisals
• Negotiate and prepare commercial leases, renewals and variations
• Maintain strong owner and tenant relationships
• Oversee inspections, maintenance and arrears management
• Represent owners at Tenancy Tribunal when required
• Drive leasing activity, including marketing and viewings
• Generate new business through networking and client development
• Negotiate lease terms and manage the process through to key handover
• Deliver high-level customer service and administrative support

What you'll need:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Real Estate Agency
• WA Restricted Property Management Registration
• Excellent working knowledge of commercial leases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
