Shopping Centre Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead retail property operations, teams and performance across a busy shopping centre

An exciting opportunity is now available with our client, a highly regarded property group, for a dynamic and ambitious Centre Manager to lead a team of retail property professionals within a busy retail environment. The successful applicant will bring current experience in retail property management, with a proven ability to effectively manage a high-performing shopping centre. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations while leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team across Marketing, Administration, and Facilities Management, ensuring the asset operates at an exceptional standard.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage centre financials: budgeting, forecasting, income, and arrears
  • Develop strategies to improve asset value and performance
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and internal teams
  • Oversee tenant management, including leasing support and issue resolution
  • Lead and supervise on-site staff (marketing, admin, facilities)
  • Ensure high-quality customer experience
  • Manage daily operations and maintain centre presentation

What you'll need:

  • 3+ Years of Retail/Centre Asset Management experience
  • Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
  • Accounts background & Financial acumen (highly considered)
  • Proactive mindset
  • The ability to be both measured and decisive
  • Management skills & attributes
  • Proficient reporting & immaculate filing
