Sales Consultant

Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join their growing team based in Yangebup. This is an exciting opportunity to work with customers to design tailored shed solutions while managing projects from initial enquiry through to signed contract and project commencement.

This is a permanent, full-time position offering a $80,000 base salary (excluding super) plus an uncapped commission and bonus structure. It is suited to someone with previous sales, customer service, estimating, or construction industry experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering outstanding customer service. With a steady flow of warm enquiries and ongoing support, this role offers excellent long-term earning and career opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:

• Responding to inbound customer enquiries and qualifying project requirements
• Meeting with customers in the showroom, over the phone, and via email
• Preparing quotations for customised residential, rural, commercial, and industrial shed solutions
• Explaining construction options, engineering requirements, and practical building solutions
• Preparing accurate quotations and proposals within agreed timeframes
• Following up quotations and enquiries to maximise sales opportunities
• Building strong customer relationships through exceptional service
• Working closely with drafting, estimating, administration, and construction teams
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales pipelines
• Achieving sales and gross profit targets

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, estimating, construction sales, or a consultative sales role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and commercially driven approach
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence presenting solutions and closing sales
• CRM experience (preferred)
• Experience within the construction, sheds, building, engineering, or trade industries will be highly regarded
• Full working rights in Australia
