Our client is seeking experienced Boilermakers, Welders, Riggers and Mechanical Fitters for an immediate start on a 5 week shutdown project. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team working on heavy industrial maintenance, with competitive rates and the potential for ongoing work.

If you have shutdown experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, this role offers a variety of hands-on work across gearbox installations, pulley replacements, mechanical maintenance and fabrication.

What you'll be doing:

• Carrying out gearbox installation, maintenance and repairs
• Removing and installing pulleys
• Performing mechanical maintenance and shutdown work
• Completing rigging and lifting operations
• Undertaking general fabrication and welding duties
• Working safely and collaboratively within the shutdown team

What you'll need:

• Relevant trade qualification or applicable High Risk Work Licence
• Previous experience working on gearboxes, pulleys, conveyors or heavy industrial equipment
• Current White Card
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Availability for an immediate start
