Coordinator Land and Property Officer

Our client is seeking an experienced temp Coordinator Land and Property Officer to join their team on a temporary basis, based at Cnr Sandgate St & South Tce. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded property professional to lead the strategic management of a diverse land and property portfolio while identifying opportunities to maximise asset value and support long-term organisational goals.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the strategic utilisation of land and property assets
• Identifying and delivering commercial opportunities across the property portfolio
• Negotiating and administering leases, licences, and tenancy arrangements
• Preparing business cases, feasibility studies, and recommendations
• Managing contracts, procurement, and tender processes
• Leading property and land-related projects
• Providing guidance and support to the Leasing and Lands Officer
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders

What you’ll need:

• Tertiary qualification in Property, Real Estate, Business, Planning, Project Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Experience managing contracts, leases, licences, procurement, and tender processes
• Experience leading projects and coordinating multiple priorities
• Knowledge of land and property legislation and contract management practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial property and land management expertise
• Strategic planning and commercial acumen
