Commercial Property Manager – Western Suburbs

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a highly regarded and well-established real estate firm with a strong presence in the commercial and industrial property sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations, driving asset performance, maintaining compliance, managing budgets, and cultivating strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders. What you'll be doing:

• Handle a mixed commercial/industrial portfolio
• Maintain a high quality of service to owners and tenants
• Attend internal & external business commitments
• Liaise with owners, tenants & contractors
• Maintain properties in accordance with owner's instructions and safety requirements
• Ensure all repairs & capital works are completed in a timely fashion
• Manage after hours call-outs
• Work alongside the leasing agent to screen prospective tenants
• Prepare all necessary documentation related to the leasing of properties
• Work alongside the leasing agent to produce market appraisals
• Keep across important dates

What you'll need:

• 2-3 years of Commercial Property Management experience
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Great working knowledge of Cirrus 8 (highly considered)
• Up to date registration
