What you'll be doing:

• Identifying, analysing and documenting business requirements
• Facilitating or assisting with workshops
• Conducting market research
• Stakeholder engagement, communications, and client consultations
• Undertaking feasibility and options analysis  
• Producing high-quality reports and written documentation

What you'll need:

• 6–10 years’ experience in a commercial environment
• Transferable skills from other disciplines – for example risk, financial, commercial, sourcing or other relatable areas
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and encourage open dialogue
• Strong customer focus
• High level of professionalism, presentation, and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
