What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of a diverse commercial property portfolio
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and key stakeholders
• Overseeing lease administration, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and negotiations
• Preparing and managing property budgets, outgoings, and financial reporting
• Monitoring arrears and ensuring timely rent collection
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and capital works, ensuring properties are well presented and compliant
• Conducting regular property inspections and providing detailed reports to clients
• Working closely with asset managers and owners to identify opportunities to enhance asset performance
• Managing service contractors and ensuring delivery standards are met
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
• Responding to tenant queries and resolving issues in a timely, professional manner

What you’ll need:

• 2 years of Commercial Property Management experience
• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
• Excellent written and verbal communication
