What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a well-maintained commercial property portfolio
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Coordinating lease administration, renewals, rent reviews, and variations
• Conducting routine inspections and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard
• Managing maintenance requests and overseeing contractor works
• Assisting with arrears management and financial reporting

What you’ll need:

• Experience in Commercial Property Management/vast Residential Property Management experience
• Current Property Management registration
• Strong understanding of commercial leases and legislation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
