Customer Service Consultant

Our client is seeking a professional and client-focused Service Consultant to join their team on a 12-month maximum term contract, based in Osborne Park. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering high-quality service in a busy, fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as the first point of contact for client enquiries
• Managing calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Providing clear guidance and support to clients on next steps
• Coordinating service requests and follow-ups efficiently
• Recording all client interactions accurately in internal systems
• Escalating complex issues or complaints to senior staff when needed
• Keeping clients updated on progress and outcomes
• Processing invoices and administrative tasks accurately
• Supporting the team with general office and organisational duties

What you’ll need:

• Must have previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage client enquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Comfortable using computer systems and learning new processes quickly
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
