Property Manager – Temp

Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a highly regarded boutique agency based in Nedlands. With a long-standing reputation for professionalism, integrity, and consistent results, this business is well known across Perth’s western suburbs for doing things the right way. They pride themselves on strong community relationships, ethical practices, and delivering a high standard of service to both landlords and tenants.

This is a temporary role, suited to a capable Property Manager who enjoys autonomy, structure, and working with a well-maintained local portfolio. You’ll be supported by experienced leadership in a calm, professional environment, with the added benefit of having your own office and no unnecessary pressure or workplace politics.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a well-maintained western suburbs property portfolio
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Overseeing leasing, inspections, maintenance, rent reviews, and renewals
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal procedures
• Handling maintenance issues, disputes, and tenancy matters professionally
• Maintaining accurate records while upholding high service standards
• Working independently with the support of a knowledgeable, ethical team

What you’ll need:

• A minimum of 2 years’ Property Management experience
• Restricted or Unrestricted Property Management Certificate IV
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• A professional, solutions-focused approach to property management
