Property Manager – Waterford

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join their dynamic and client-focused team. This role offers the chance to manage a diverse portfolio within a supportive environment that values strong relationships, attention to detail, and a high standard of service delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing landlord and tenant relationships as the primary point of contact
• Overseeing leasing, tenant selection, and lease renewals
• Monitoring rental arrears, conducting rent reviews, and managing financials
• Coordinating maintenance, trades, and property expenses
• Ensuring compliance with WA tenancy legislation
• Reviewing outsourced inspection reports, actioning issues, and updating landlords
• Maintaining accurate records and delivering clear, timely communication

What you’ll need:

• 2 years Property Management experience
• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
• Excellent customer service 
• Bi-lingual candidates are highly considered
